Jordan Billups

Jordan is a seasoned law enforcement professional and investigator with more than seven years of experience in criminal investigations and leadership. He has overseen two separate criminal-investigation divisions and earned a strong reputation for professionalism, precision, and integrity in complex casework.

A graduate of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department’s Leadership Academy, Jordan also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Eastern Gateway Community College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. His advanced training includes the Homicide and Major Case Investigation School, along with certifications in the Reid Technique, Wicklander-Zulawski Interview and Interrogation, and Cognitive Interviewing.

Jordan is also a certified law-enforcement instructor in the State of Indiana, where he has trained and mentored fellow officers in investigative methods and professional standards. His dedication to justice, education, and leadership make him an exceptional addition to the Veracity Investigations & Intelligence Research team.
