Tisha Gaumer
Senior Investigator
Tisha brings a wealth of federal-level investigative experience, having spent much of her career as a federal investigator based in Washington, D.C. and later as the owner of her own agency in Indiana conducting national-security investigations.
She has collaborated with multiple federal agencies—including ATF, USAID, DHS, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, and the U.S. State Department—to identify threats and protect the nation’s interests. Her assignments have included complex background investigations at the White House, Capitol, and Department of Justice, where she specialized in foreign-influence and personal-conduct cases, known for her professionalism, accuracy, and integrity.
Before her federal service, Tisha excelled in the automotive-insurance industry as Indiana’s top personal-injury negotiator, giving her unique insight into claims resolution, litigation, and insurance practices.
A proud Indiana University graduate, Tisha also serves as Secretary of the National Board of the Association of Certified Background Investigators (ACBI).
